Our Location - How to find us

By road

There are 2 ways of finding Kinchellie Croft.

Route 1:

From Glasgow take the M8 north. Come off at Erskine and go over the Erskine Bridge. This will take you on to the A82. Stay on this road for approximately 100 miles going through Glencoe and Fort William. At Spean Bridge leave the A82 and take the A86. 3 miles along this road will bring you to Roy Bridge. Just as you are leaving Roy Bridge you will see Kinchellie Croft on your Left.

Route 2:

From Perth take the A9 north following signs for Inverness. Exit A9 at Dalwinnie. Take the A889 from Dalwinnie and travel the whole length of the road until you meet up with the A86. Turn left onto the A86 and travel the 25 miles to Roy Bridge. As you approach Roy Bridge you will see Kinchellie Croft on your right.

By plane:

Several budget and mainline airlines operate throughout the UK flying into Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness airports from which you can hire a car and tour the Scottish Highlands.

Rail:

There is a very good rail network that stops at Roy Bridge, including a sleeper service from London via Glasgow. We are within easy walking distance of the Holt at Roy Bridge. Simply get off the train and make your way to the main road, turn right, walk 380 meters and Kinchellie Croft is on your left hand side.  Timetables can be found on the First Scotrail website.
