The cottages at Kinchellie Croft are laid out with the visitor in mind. From the living rooms and bedrooms one cannot see any other property in the estate.

Because of our location on the side of a hill every property has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and hills.

They are all double-glazed for your comfort and heated all year to keep them well aired and warm.

Electric & Gas - No extra charge.

All electivcity and gas used during the holiday are included in the rental price.

All Linen - No extra charge

All linen and bedding is provided within the rental price. We also provide all the linen needed in the kitchen.

Gardens

The extensive gardens are well appointed making the visitor happy to enjoy the grounds. We have set aside areas for dog walking (we do ask owners to clean up any accomplishments they may make).

We have planted thousands of daffodils that come up in March. The local folk like to come up just to see the yellow carpet saying goodbye to winter. When they die down the bluebells come through and display a new carpet colour.

Parking

We have provided plenty of parking, so if you are coming as two families, or as often happens a family and grandparents, there is no problem of where to park.

Dear Sims Family
Thank you very much for a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect. Scotland was everything we expected and more! We just loved the views from Kinchellie.
Kind regards

As always a lovely, quiet and peaceful holiday.
Home from home. We have lost count of the number of visits here - What would we do with out you.
Any 1st time visitors would surely come again. A haven for the dogs.
